Aliza Haider

Clinical Research Coordinator, Center for Insights to Outcomes

Aliza Haider serves as a clinical research coordinator at the Center for Insights to Outcomes and Department of Emergency Medicine at Penn Medicine. In this role, she supports research efforts to help connect patients to public benefits programs within the emergency department. She is passionate about serving the community and decreasing barriers to accessing health-related resources.

Aliza graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Prior to joining the team, she served as a patient advocate with the National Health Corps, a subgroup of AmeriCorps, where she helped underserved patients obtain life-saving medications. She hopes to one day attend medical school to become a physician that promotes patient-centered care in vulnerable communities.
