Senior Project Manager, Nudge Unit

Jane Maguire (she/her) is a senior project manager with the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit. She contributes to the Nudge Unit’s capacity-building efforts and works across clinical and research portfolios to provide operational and evaluation management to projects conducted within the Unit. 

Before joining the team, Jane spent six years in operations, strategic, and stakeholder management capacities at Fortune 1000, mid-sized corporations, and health care start-ups. Most recently, she worked at late-stage startup Quartet Health to further strategic partnerships across the company’s portfolio of mental health care partners and patient acquisition channels. Prior to that, she was the co-founder and COO of VC-backed start-up Nalaverse, a mental wellness platform offering culturally inclusive breathwork, meditation, and movement classes in a B2B model.

Alongside her professional pursuits, Jane volunteers at the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy, where she provides patient intake and marketing strategy support.   

Jane holds an MBA in operations and marketing from the Wharton School at the University in Pennsylvania and a BS in society and environment from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently pursuing her post-baccalaureate in psychology from UC Berkeley Extension.
