Clinical Research Assistant, Nudge Unit

Meryl McLean is a clinical research assistant with the Nudge Unit, where she primarily works on a research initiative supporting individuals with opioid use disorder.

Before joining the Nudge Unit, Meryl spent several years as a float medical assistant in the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center health network. While in that role, she had the opportunity to work with and help treat a wide variety of patient populations.

Meryl attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she received her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience with minors in chemistry and economics.
