We host various types of office hours for faculty, staff, and students affiliated with Penn Medicine or the University of Pennsylvania. To book an appointment, choose the type of office hours that best fits your needs, and then select a date and time that works for you from the calendar below. With the exception of Way to Health office hours, sessions are held on the 14th floor of the South Tower of the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine in room 14-157. If you choose to join the session by phone, you will receive instructions on how to do so via email.
Types of office hours
Acceleration lab office hours: Sign up to discuss a specific problem you’re trying to solve or idea you’re working to develop with designers and project managers from the Center's Acceleration Lab. Individuals thinking about applying to the Center's Innovation Accelerator Program are especially encouraged to attend office hours to discuss their idea.
Technology office hours: Sign up to discuss project strategy and integration for technology-related ideas or projects with engineers and developers from the Center. mHealth Labs teams can also use this time to seek technical help.
Medical device office hours: Have an idea for a medical device to address unmet clinical needs? Sign up to discuss your project and receive feedback from Mohit Prajapati, director of research and development, strategy, and operations at the Center.
Nudge unit office hours: Sign up to discuss an idea for a nudge to reduce the unnecessary use of low-value services, increase the use of high-value services, or improve care coordination with Nudge Unit staff.
Way to health office hours: Schedule a time to get one-on-one assistance with the Way to Health platform. discuss an existing support ticket, ask questions about a configuration update, or share ideas for how to make Way to Health even better. Please note: Way to Health office hours are held in Blockley Hall in room 1021.
